We have prepared a new draft law Zaks St. Petersburg "On specially protected natural areas of regional values in Saint Petersburg ". The idea is to "put into circulation," another very important category of protected areas of regional significance - natural parks. By current law in St. Petersburg can be formed only sanctuaries or monuments of nature.
